Again if it is receiving voltage the igniter is bad if it is not receiving voltage then the control board is bad.

Hello my furnace isn t working.
This is what i see in the furnace sequence of operation.
2 months ago it just started glowing and not igniting and after doing some basic troubleshooting reboot clean filters reset thermostat the problem wasn t solved.
Draft inducer motor starts.
Find the gas supply valve next to or behind the furnace and rotate the valve to the open position typically by twisting counterclockwise.
As there was sufficient voltage to the gas valve i was advised by a tech over the phone to replace the gas valve and did so it fired up about three times and each time it didn t reach the temperature desired.
The thermostat calls for heat the inducer motor starts running but the ignitor doesn t glow.
I put a meter on the wires going to the ignitor and found no power during the start up sequence.
The other half of the time the thermostat calls for heat the inducer fan comes on the pilot valve opens the glow plug glows but the pilot will not light.
The heat relay is not allowing voltage to flow to the igniter but is allowing everything else to work.

The goodman furnace may not be receiving an adequate gas supply if the glow ignitor turns on but the furnace cannot ignite.
Pressure switch attached by a small plastic or rubber tube senses the negative pressure produced by the draft inducer and closes.
Turn the furnace off and leave the house.
If the furnace operates for a while then shuts off and will not ignite again for 20 minutes then i would suggest checking the limit and rollout switches to make sure all of them are staying closed.
Stop immediately if you smell gas.
